Terms and Conditions

Welcome to BellaMi Academie! By booking an appointment for services or a course, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.

1. General Information

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between BellaMi Academie (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the client (“you” or “your”) for the services and courses provided by BellaMi Academie.
1.2. Permanent Makeup (PMU) procedures are semi-permanent and may require touch-ups or corrections. Results will vary per individual based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

2. Eligibility for Services

2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age to book and receive any PMU service.
2.2. You must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities you may have that could affect the treatment. This includes, but is not limited to, pregnancy, skin disorders, and blood-borne diseases. You are required to complete a consultation waiver before receiving any services.
2.3. BellaMi Academie reserves the right to refuse service if it is determined that the procedure is not safe or suitable for you based on your health history or other factors.

3. Eligibility for Courses

3.1. You must be at least 18 years of age to register for our courses.
3.2. You are required to sign a photo and video release before your course. For primary training students, you are required to sign a contract within 24 hours of scheduling your course. Failure to sign within 24 hours results in automatic agreement of the terms and conditions therein.
3.3. BellaMi Academie reserves the right to refuse to provide the course to you if it is determined that you do not have the appropriate credentials or other determining factors.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

4.1. Appointments must be made in advance, and a non-refundable deposit range of $50 to $250 is required to secure your appointment based on the level of artist you have selected.
4.2. Rescheduling requests must be made no later than 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your deposit.
4.3. Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of your deposit payment.
4.4. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you, and your deposit may be forfeited.
4.5. We also reserve the right to refuse service if you abuse our policies.

5. Courses and Cancellations

5.1. Courses are scheduled in advance, and a non-refundable deposit range of $100 to $500 is required to secure your course date based upon the course you have selected.
5.2. Rescheduling requests must be made no later than 30 days prior to your course start date. For primary training students, please reference your course contract. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your deposit.
5.3. Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of your deposit payment.
5.4. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your course, we may not be able to accommodate you, and additional fees will apply to reschedule the course information missed.

6. Payment Terms for Patients

6.1. The total price for your service will be discussed during your consultation. Payments must be made in full on the day of your appointment.
6.2. We accept cash and credit cards (AMEX, ApplePay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, CareCredit). Credit cards are assessed a 2.99% transaction fee. All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided for completed services.
6.3. Touch-ups or corrections may incur additional charges unless otherwise stated during the consultation.

7. Payment Terms for Models

7.1. The total price for your service is due at the time of booking. The total will be placed on your account as a deposit and processed on the date of the service.
7.2. We accept cash and credit cards (AMEX, ApplePay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, CareCredit). Credit cards are assessed a 2.99% transaction fee. All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided for completed services.
7.3. Touch-ups or corrections may incur additional charges unless otherwise stated during the consultation.

8. Payment Terms for Students

8.1. The total price for your course will be discussed during your consultation or tour. Payments must be made in full 7 days prior to your course start date.
8.2. We accept cash and credit cards (AMEX, ApplePay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover). Credit cards are assessed a 2.99% transaction fee. All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided for any reason.

9. Aftercare and Results

9.1. Aftercare instructions will be provided to you after your service with us. Following these instructions is crucial to achieve the best results.
9.2. We are not liable for the results of your service if aftercare instructions are not followed. Additionally, we cannot guarantee 100% success.
9.3. Touch-up appointments may be necessary for the best results. These should be scheduled no later than 90 days of the initial procedure or additional fees will be assessed.

10. Refunds and Adjustments

10.1. Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be issued for any services performed.
10.2. If adjustments or corrections are needed after the procedure, an additional fee may apply, unless agreed otherwise.

11. Liability Waiver

11.1. By booking an appointment and receiving services from BellaMi Acadamie, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with our procedures and have informed us of any medical conditions that could affect the treatment.
11.2. You agree to release BellaMi Acadamie and its technicians from any liability resulting from undesired outcomes, allergic reactions, or complications arising from the procedure.

12. Privacy Policy

12.1. Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of providing services and communication regarding appointments and aftercare.
12.2. We take mandatory before-and-after photos of the procedure for documentation and promotional purposes. These photos will only be used with your consent.

13. Amendments

13.1. BellaMi Acadamie reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or social media channels.

14. Governing Law

14.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey.
