Primary PMU Training for NON-NJ Residents

If you are a Non-NJ resident, you can take our 100-hour Primary Training Course approved by the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP) under the supervision of a Certified Trainer Member. We will help guide you through the steps to becoming a knowledgeable and confident Artist:

  • 1ST: COMPLETE A 100-HOUR PRIMARY TRAINING COURSE
  • 2ND: DECIDE TO BE A MEMBER OF SPCP OR CPCP CREDENTIALED
  • 3RD: SIGN UP FOR SCPC MEMBERSHIP OR REGISTER TO TAKE YOUR CPCP EXAM

About Our Primary Training Course

Training at BellaMi Academie is a truly comprehensive and student-focused permanent cosmetics program in New Jersey. Former Phi Brows Master Laura Reina takes the time to share her knowledge, skills, and experience with each student. Properly educating future Artists is Master Laura’s first priority. She can communicate the same technique in many different ways, be it visual, written, or verbal. Permanent Cosmetics and Microblading are considered a form of body art. State regulations vary from state to state and even from county to county. Contact your local health department in the area you want to work in before performing any type of cosmetic tattooing procedure.

The CPCP exam is not mandatory, but it is a voluntary credentialing exam. If you choose not to take the exam, that decision does not prevent you from being a member, nor will it replace the membership provisions if the exam is taken.

These are the Requirements to take the CPCP Exam:

  • 100 hours of training/education
  • Newly trained or currently active in the industry
  • A current bloodborne pathogens class
  • Agreement and Adherence to the SPCP Code of Ethics.
